Celebrate Autumn!

“In the entire circle of the year there are no days so delightful as those of a fine October, when the trees are bare to the mild heavens, and the red leaves bestrew the road, and you can feel the breath of winter, morning and evening — no days so calm, so tenderly solemn, and with such a reverent meekness in the air.”

-Alexander Smith

Whether you’re one to embrace all things fall by immediately adding pumpkin-inspired dishes for every family dinner or in denial of the fall brisk air, there is no question that autumn is upon us.

The start of this new season provides a wonderful opportunity for you to reflect and renew; it’s a time to discover which parts of yourself you’d like to embrace and expand upon, and which parts you’d like to let go of. Ready to embrace or not we can find ease in the change of season and just as Emily Bronte found bliss from the drop of each autumn leaf we too can celebrate the change on the calendar and the change in the air.
