“The awe, inspiration and talent you recognize in others are but a reflection of the same thing in you. I highly suggest you do not seek the approval or recognition of those you admire but instead cultivate in yourself that which you see in them. There is a dormant creative genius within you – let them out!”
– Jackson Kiddard
When we begin to recognize the skills of friends, family, colleagues and all the abundance the universe has to offer us, it’s easy for us to recognize all the gifts we hold. The hard part is putting them to use, taking action as it can sometimes be easier to tell ourselves that we do not have the skill set to be able to feel or do without judging ourselves. Feeling our feelings is what makes us human, however we may trap ourselves and ultimately prevent one’s self from actually living life to their fullest potential. Remember our thoughts inform our energy and actions and these thoughts inform and dictate our external experiences. When we get caught up in a thought pattern of “I can’t” or I’m not good enough” this is the energy you evoke. You have the choice and will to change around your mindset to that of positivity, love and kindness toward yourself.
