Pineapple Ginger Smoothie for Allergy Sufferers

Pineapple & ginger are both known as anti-inflammatories. Bromelain is an enzyme that is found in pineapples. It is sometimes used after sinus surgeries to fight inflammation and it can also be used to thin mucus and reduce nasal swelling in those who suffer from allergies.  But, wether you suffer from allergies or not, try it because it’s just delicious 🙂

Ingredients:

2 cups ripe pineapple

1 cup ripe mango

1-2″ knob of fresh ginger

1/2 cup celery

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp fresh vanilla

Throw it all in a high speed blender & enjoy!
