If you have been following our blog you know we are sitting on a lot of zuchini up in here. If you haven’t seen our “Seriously Good Zuchini Bread” check it out here. The following recipe may be super healthy and gluten-free, but don’t let that scare you away because this is some rediculously good stuff. You will be making these super simple noodles all the time.
I am a big fan of the spiralizer. But, you can shred or grate them too! Just be warned that if you do invest in the spiralizer you will become obsessed with the possiblity of spiralizing everything. I have worse habits.
Wash & trim the ends off your zucchini and spiral away (or grate) Noodles may be eaten raw, sautéed and boiled.
Serve with our famous pesto or sauce of your choice!
