Yes, you can detox and cleanse while eating your salad as opposed to drinking it! This program is for someone who has never detoxed or cleansed before and is unfamiliar with the process of toxin removal from the body. This program is also great for anyone looking to eliminate allergy causing food items such as dairy, nuts, wheat, animal-based protein, sugar, and caffeine.
Refresh: For newbies to detox and cleanse: 3 days.
Revitalize: Already have a healthy in-take of food and nutrition and are regularly active, your body will enjoy a re-start: 5 days.
Restore: For experienced cleansers looking to deeply release and remove toxins from the body: minimum 7days.
Smoothie Fresh Food
This program is a delicious combination of smoothies and food. Diving a little deeper into your body’s detox vacation with the inclusion of two liquid meals and one solid meal at lunch each day aids in less digestive work for your body. This program is packed with fiber helping to aid in toxin removal. The flexibility of this program is vast and can be done for a minimum of seven days up to 21 days.
Only consisting of smoothies, which retain their fiber content this is a great option for an experienced cleanser who is super active but looking for a deeper cleanse experience to help remove toxins. All meals will be smoothies with pre-approved detox snacks.
Only consisting of juices this is your ultimate cleanse giving your body not just a vacation but completely going off the grid. For a juice only cleanse you will have to meet with one of our Nutrition Practitioners to design a program that is right for you. We only recommend clients familiar with juice cleanse to participate in our Restore Juice Cleanse.
